In 2010, Bishop Tyson assumed the call to pastor Calvary Ministries International in Youngstown OH, succeeding the late, Honorable Bishop Norman L. Wagner. In 2013, he also assumed pastorate of his home assembly, Christ Church Apostolic, where he currently serves as Overseer.

His intense devotion to worship, evangelism, and unifying the body of Christ across denominational lines through fellowship, spiritual and academic development of aspiring young ministers and musicians through the spoken word, seminars, lectures and symposiums has made him one of the most sought-after speakers in the United States to date.
